Welcome to The Plumbing Pipeline. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
The Plumbing Pipeline is a lead-matching service. We connect homeowners who need plumbing help with licensed local plumbers in the Twin Cities area. We are not a plumbing company and we do not perform plumbing work ourselves.
There is no cost to homeowners for submitting a request or being matched with a plumber. You are under no obligation to hire any plumber we connect you with.
We connect you with independent plumbing professionals. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a plumber. We do not employ, supervise, or control the plumbers in our network. Any work performed, pricing agreed upon, and the quality of that work is solely between you and the plumber you choose to hire.
We strongly recommend you confirm a plumber's license, insurance, and references directly before agreeing to any work, and that you get a written estimate before work begins.
Our AI assistant provides estimated cost ranges for informational purposes only. These estimates are based on typical pricing and the limited information you provide. They are not guaranteed quotes. The actual cost of any job can only be determined by a licensed plumber after assessing your specific situation.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request. You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or fraudulent requests.
By submitting a request and verifying your phone number, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email by plumbers in our network regarding your request.
The Plumbing Pipeline is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, your interactions with plumbers, or any work performed by a plumber you connect with through our service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
